Blake Newman, Director of Commercial Insurance

Blake Newman is a second-generation Insurance Agent who began his career in Central Florida in 1998.  He is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a B.S. in Sociology and Economics, and a minor in Business Management.  What makes Blake unique is his extensive knowledge of Insurance Products, paired with years of experience in management, operations, and service within the Hospitality Industry.  He is a firm believer that the insurance business is a constantly evolving industry, and works hard to maintain his finger on the pulse of new products and services.

Blake takes a consultative approach to insurance, with an emphasis on assessing and protecting from risk.  While the market is currently price-driven, Blake’s experience is able to help clients build insurance programs that protect assets from future losses in a cost effective manner.  Blake’s goal is to develop long-term relationships with his clients to assist them during periods of growth and economic downturn.

Blake has been married to his lovely wife Jami for almost five years, and they are the proud parents of two small children, Hartley Sue and Ryder James.
